Born and raised in Vietnam, Mimi has called Colorado home for the past decade. She’s an illustrator and designer who loves celebrating diversity and amplifying underrepresented voices. Inspired by art, nature, and global cuisine, she travels often for fresh ideas. When she’s not creating, Mimi explores art shows, hunts for new flavors, and hangs out with her two playful pups, Gigi and Daisy.
